Hi! I’m Eileen Rose and I’m just like you. 

I understand how you feel.


We were born with love for our bodies, but we learned to hate it.


I know the pressure of feeling like you have to look a certain way to be seen, accepted, and loved. I know how loud our inner critic can be that tells us we’re not good enough because our body doesn’t look a certain way.
It’s exhausting - but it doesn’t have to be that way.


I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in yoga therapy and meditation. I’ve taught yoga and meditation since 2018. I primarily work with women to heal the relationship between their minds and bodies. I’ve had over 100+ students in my various virtual programs.
 

I am here to help you create a more positive inner dialogue and find peace with your body so that you can take your life back.
